1) Cancelations must be made well in advance (24 hours) or Full payment will be required. (there are big numbers on cancelation lists for these appointments and it is extremely unfair to not show up or not cancel in enough time) this may result in no future bookings in the shop.
2) Please be patient with barbers as people can run late and unexpected things may occur causing them to run behind
3) Please ensure you give yourself enough time to attend your appointment (allowing for traffic and parking in the town) as the barber will not be able to accommodate you if running more than 5 mins late and appointments are being pushed to full capacity to deal with the demand.
6) If you have successfully booked an appointment you should receive an email. Please check the time on your email and you can transfer it to your calendar on your phone as a reminder.
5) We are a CASH ONLY shop so please already have the cash ready before coming to your appointment as again this saves time for the barber.
4) Please make sure you pick the correct service you are looking for (as the computer allocates time for the barber to do this). i.e. if haircut and beard trim please select this option as more time is needed. It’s unfair to put the barber under any more pressure by asking for add on services that were not booked at the time.
5) There will be a price increase coming due to rising costs and minimum wage increases. These will be adjusted on the system if you want to keep an eye out for them.
6) If your required appointment isn’t available online please add yourself to the cancelation list as this will be the quickest way of receiving a text that an appointment has become available. There will be loads of cancelations on the run up to Christmas, so this is your best opportunity to grab one as it automatic.
7) Walk Ins will be extremely limited and only depending on availability. If there is a barber free, we will certainly do our best to accommodate you, but this may be unlikely, so we encourage you to book well in advance.
8) Gift Vouchers for the barbers are a fantastic gift to get as men will need their haircut throughout the year and will most certainly be used. Perfect gift for Dads, Brothers, Sons etc that are hard to buy for.
9) Gift Boxes available - any 3 products for £30 (RRP £45) – these come in a well presented gift box.
